JOB DESCRIPTION Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Painter Helper. As a Painter Helper, you will play a crucial role in assisting our painters in completing various painting projects.
- 1st shift position operates 4am-2 : 20pm
- $15.00 / hr payrate
- Weekly pay
- Amazing benefits after 30 days
Responsibilities :
- Assist painters in preparing surfaces for painting, including sanding, scraping, and cleaning
- Mix paint and other materials according to the specifications provided by the painters
- Help painters in applying paint, varnish, and other finishes to surfaces using brushes, rollers, or spray guns
- Ensure that all painting equipment and tools are properly cleaned and maintained
- Follow safety guidelines and wear appropriate protective gear during painting tasks
- Collaborate with the painting team to meet project deadlines and deliver exceptional results
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Work Experience
- Previous experience as a painter helper or in a similar role is preferred
- Basic knowledge of painting techniques and materials
- Ability to follow instructions and work well within a team
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor for extended periods
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills in the painting industry
